This is how promotion and relegation at Level 6 will work across the country:

- The 12 Champions (or highest placed 1s sides) in each league are promoted to Level 5
- The bottom 2 in each of the 6 Level 5 leagues are relegated to the 12 Level 6 leagues
- The bottom 2 (24 teams in total) in each Level 6 league are relegated to Level 7

There are no variations from this outcome.

The promotion INTO Level 6 from Level 7 is much more complicated however!

- The 18 Champion Level 7 sides are promoted into the 12 Level 6 Leagues
- The 6 best 2nd placed Level 7 sides (by average points won per game) are also promoted

Clearly, this automatically means a regional disparity will occur, which will result in all of the Level 6 leagues being partially redrawn for the following season every season! Remind us who thought this was a sensible re-org....
